What an eventful weekend! Most importantly, Barrett said his first word, dada! He was so proud of himself. It's not a true 'dada' it's more like dadadada but atleast he is repeating us. We are working on mama now :) He also had his 9 month appt. and he is able to eat cheese and yogurt now! I'm so excited to start sprusing up his mash potatoes :) Our pediatrician said he looks great and growing like a weed! Thursday was such a beautiful day so we played with him outside after his dr. appt.
Saturday, Barrett had his first haircut. Barrett was not the happiest baby to be getting a cut, but he looks even more like a little boy now! That same day, he also met a girlfriend at the WinKids gym. He saw Elmo there too, but Elmo freaked him out.

AWWWW...first words!! That is so exciting! I bet Charles was a hoot that dadadada came first, I am sure mamamama will be on the way shortly. LOving the hair cut! Where did you see Elmo at? My nephew would love to see him.
