Visit with Stacey!

Last night Stacey came to have dinner with Barrett and I. We had so much fun. I love it when my friends hang out with Bear and I. Most of my college friends don't have kids yet so it is really fun when I do get to see them and we catch up just like old times, but with Barrett! He loves seeing my friends and getting tons of attention! It's great to get together and tell them about what's going on with me and then I get to hear all of their stories, which are so different than mine!!

He really warmed up to Stacey last night! It was so cute, needless to say she loved it too! Huge smiles for Stace!

Hair cut!

We are getting family pictures taken VERY soon! Our neighbor is taking them for us because she has all of the handy dandy tools to make the pictures look professional. We've been trying to set up a date forever so it's finally in the works. I took Barrett to get his hair cut before we get the pictures done.

Usually one of my mom's sweet best friends comes to our house and does it but she is feeling under the weather so we had to go somewhere. We went to Kiddie Cuts in Flower Mound. The first time they really chopped his hair so I made sure to go easy this time! Here's a couple pics. It really doesn't look that much different :)

Charles 27th Birthday

We started celebrating Charles' birthday on Friday night when I made him dinner and then the next morning we had some delicous cinnamon rolls. On Saturday we ate at Cristina's in Flower Mound (our very favorite Mexican place) with both of our families. Barrett had such a great time since he was surrounded by all of the people he adores!
Afterward, we had a very late night at our house but it was fun! The guys had their choice of drinks, but almost all of the ladies that were there we're pregnant! I made a pomegranate drink with sparkling water for us 3 and it was yummy!
Charles had a wonderful time, thanks to our families who celebrated with him/us and made it a special night!

Pumpkin Patch!

We took a trip to the Flower Mound pumpkin patch today. Bear had such a fun time! We went on a hay ride and he loved checking out all of the pumpkins. He's actually starting to smile for the camera which is really exciting for mommy! He is so funny when we are around a lot of people. He likes to just watch everyone. He gets a little overwhelmed but doesn't get upset. He just likes to take everything in.
We will be taking another trip out there but this time closer to the evening - it was really really sunny outside!

In the News....

The pictures should say it all....but I'll also just go ahead and say, yes we are pregnant...AGAIN! We are so very excited. As you'll see in the pictures below, this is how we told our families. As soon as each set walked in the door, they were greeted by Mr. Bear in his "Big Brother" shirt. Charles' parents were so funny because they both read his shirt outloud and still didn't get it! They said "Big brother...big brother....OH BIG BROTHER?!" It was really fun to tell everybody. I also texted the picture to my sister and brother since they aren't living here right now.

Charles and I are so excited to see Barrett be the big brother. He is so sweet and helpful. He loves to help me around the house and has such a kind heart. Children are the biggest blessing and I am so happy that God has blessed us with another! We can't wait to meet our little girl or boy! Please pray for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

As you'll see, his shirt is really big!! We looked everywhere for a big brother shirt and found a 2T at Carter's. He wears a 18-24 month, so it hangs just a little bit :) Well, I haven't blogged in forever because our computer crashed, but we are up and running again so hopefully I can keep up with it!
