New Blog!

After looking at Crystal's blog, I decided I like the site much better than Shutterfly! Hopefully I can keep up with updating this! Barrett is getting so big. He is clapping, cruising, throwing ~don't know if that's good or bad :)~ and just an all around happy little boy!

He's actually interested in our food now, I guess the plain ole carrots, sweet potatoes and other veggies I made for him weren't enough!

I decided to step it up a notch and go through Annabel Karmel's book and make the more difficult and tastier recipes. If you want to make any baby food for your little one her book is great! The fruit is always easy but it's the pureed chicken casseroles that get tough!

I also made a new discovery - well we've had it for awhile but just haven't used it - but those mesh teethers - are awesome! You put a piece of fruit inside this little mesh net bag with a little handle and your little baby can have a ball!! Barrett has four teeth coming in right now and this is a life saver for all of us!

We are having so much fun with Bear. He is getting his own personality more and more everyday. He actually started playing his own little game with us the other week and we call it 'no sleeping!' He crawls over to his blanket, peeks up from the covers, laughs and wiggles. The more we say "no sleeping!!!" He laughs and wiggles anymore...he is just so funny
